I don’t feel like looking back through 600 strips to verify this, but today’s update may have the most bees in a single panel.
Today’s strip was particularly tricky, because not only did I have to draw all those bees, but I had to draw HLC facing the other direction, which I am totally not used to.

Yeah, I’ve drawn abstract piles of bees that probably outnumber those shown here, but as far as individually drawn bees go, this is a top contender.
